1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, or scheduling pest control work with Hydrex Pest Control Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

These terms apply to homeowners, property managers, business owners, and any other party who interacts with our website or with a Hydrex technician.

2. Services Offered

Hydrex provides residential and commercial pest control, rodent control, termite control, and related inspection and exclusion services across San Diego County and Imperial County, California. Specific treatment methods (orange oil, electro-gun, borates, soil barriers, fumigation, exclusion, and conventional pesticide application) are selected based on the conditions identified during inspection.

All estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a written work order has been signed by both the customer and a Hydrex representative.

3. Service Area & Eligibility

Hydrex provides services primarily within San Diego County and Imperial County, California. We may, at our discretion, decline to provide service outside this area or in situations where conditions make safe treatment impractical.

4. Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates are provided in good faith based on a visual inspection of the property and the information you supply. Quoted prices are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise specified in writing.

Final pricing depends on the on-site assessment, the extent of any infestation, the size and accessibility of the property, and the treatment plan you ultimately approve. If conditions discovered during service differ materially from those visible at the time of the estimate, we will discuss any pricing changes with you before proceeding.

5. Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable advance notice. We ask for at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee at the company's discretion, which will be communicated to you before any charge is applied.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of service. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs as permitted by California law.

7. Service Guarantees

Hydrex stands behind its work. Specific warranty and re-treatment terms vary by service type (general pest control, rodent exclusion, termite treatment, etc.) and will be provided to you in writing as part of your signed work order.

Nothing on this website, in marketing materials, or in conversation with a representative constitutes a guarantee outside of the terms set out in your signed work order. If a detail matters to you, please confirm it is captured in writing before service begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the liability of Hydrex Pest Control Co. for any claim arising out of or related to a service performed for you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service in question.

Hydrex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or property damage that was not the direct and proximate result of our work. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to do the job well and safely, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property, its history, and the issue you are seeing.
• Allow reasonable access for inspection and treatment, including attics, crawlspaces, basements, garages, and exterior perimeters.
• Disclose pets, children, allergies, sensitivities, and any prior pest treatments at the property.
• Follow the post-treatment instructions provided by your technician (re-entry timing, ventilation, food storage, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, illustrations, video, logos, the Hydrex name, the Hydrex spider mark, and the taglines "Old School Customer Service. New School Technology." and "Superior Service is not expensive… it's Priceless!" — is the property of Hydrex Pest Control Co. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written permission.
