With more than 35 years of business experience, she provides budgeting and public relations expertise, and is quite active within the community of San Diego. Charity and being a grandparent take up all of her free time.

Ray has been a working leader in this industry for 50 years. Born in Oklahoma and raised on a farm, the values of his childhood days have been carried over to the business. Customer fairness and satisfaction come first. Pioneering non-chemical methods for termite treatment has been his passion. All free time is spent being a Grandpa.

Theresa is responsible for the daily activities of the entire office staff at our 10,000 square foot facility located in the Miramar area. Her organizational and customer relations skills have been exemplary since she started her career here in 1981. Our problem solver!

Chuy Leon
General Manager and Wood Repair Department Manager

Chuy is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the all-important termite service control inspectors and our wood repair specialists. He has over 16 years experience in the pest control industry. He also serves as the master chef at our company BBQs.
