  • Termite Inspector- Branch 3

    • Branch 3 license required; pest control or construction preferred

    Identify, document, and recommend treatments for wood-destroying organisms in homes and commercial structures. You write the WDO reports that meet Structural Pest Control Board standards and sell the repairs that follow. Veterans encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. $1,000 Signing Bonus!

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and exteriors for termites, dry rot, and moisture issues
    • Prepare detailed WDO reports covering findings, repairs, and treatment recommendations
    • Estimate and sell termite treatments, and bring in leads for repair services
    • Explain findings and options to homeowners, property managers, and agents
    • Manage pending production and maintain ongoing customer relationships
    • Keep a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety protocols

    What You Bring

    • Valid California Branch 3 Field Representative license
    • Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
    • Comfortable crawling in tight spaces, working in attics, and climbing ladders
    • Strong observational skills and professional report-writing ability
    • Able to lift 25+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
  • General Pest Technician-Branch 2

    • Branch 2 Applicator or Field Representative license required

    Control the household pests San Diego actually calls about — ants, spiders, cockroaches, and rodents. You inspect, treat, and grow your own route along the way. Veterans encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. $1,000 Signing Bonus!

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect residential and commercial properties for ants, spiders, roaches, and rodents
    • Apply pesticides and rodenticides safely and in accordance with state law
    • Use IPM techniques — sanitation and exclusion — to prevent recurring infestations
    • Canvass and sell new customers while growing and maintaining your existing route
    • Document findings and services in PestPac
    • Identify pests and walk clients through service options and recommendations

    What You Bring

    • Current SPCB Applicator or Field Representative license for Branch 2
    • Proficient with application equipment, pesticide labels, and safety practices
    • Able to work in varying weather, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces
    • Comfortable traveling between client properties throughout the day
  • Applicator (Branch 2 or 3)

    • Entry-level; valid SPCB applicator license required

    An entry point into the trade. You apply the treatments that protect homes and businesses from household pests and wood-destroying organisms, under a licensed company and to strict state standards. Veterans encouraged to apply. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply insecticides, rodenticides, and fumigants via sprayers, dusters, and traps
    • Follow all safety regulations, wear protective gear, and handle hazardous materials properly
    • Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and site inspections
    • Inform customers on treatment plans and pest prevention measures

    What You Bring

    • Valid applicator license from the California Structural Pest Control Board
    • Completed Live Scan (fingerprinting)
    • Able to calculate mixing rates, calibrate equipment, and operate company vehicles
    • Clean DMV record
    • Comfortable with heavy lifting, crawl spaces, attics, and protective gear
