These terms govern the whole-house termite treatment promotion advertised on Instagram, Facebook, and Valpak/Clipp. They summarize what each offer covers, who qualifies, and how to redeem it. Your signed service agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this summary.

1. Promotion

Offered by Hydrex Pest Control Co. of San Diego ("Hydrex"). California SPCB License No. 10095.

2. Redemption

To redeem, mention this Instagram/Facebook/Valpak/Clipp termite promotion to Hydrex at the time of booking your initial inspection. Offer cannot be applied to inspections, quotes, or treatments booked or completed before mentioning the offer.

Final eligibility, scope of work, and price are determined by Hydrex following an in-person inspection. If your property does not meet the size/footage criteria below, or the inspection finds no active termite infestation or conducive conditions warranting treatment, Hydrex will provide you with options and pricing outside this promotion; no discount is owed on services outside the promotion's defined scope.

3. $2,500 Off Offer

Available for single-family residential properties that are both (a) at least 3,000 square feet of interior living area (per county assessor records or Hydrex's on-site measurement) and (b) require at least 275 linear feet of subterranean termite treatment, as determined by Hydrex's inspection.

Discount is taken off Hydrex's then-current standard retail price for the 4-step whole-house subterranean termite treatment described in the promotional advertisement. Footage beyond standard assumptions for the property may result in additional charges, quoted and disclosed before work begins.

Limited to the first 10 customers who book a qualifying treatment under this offer, or bookings made by the end of a promotional period, whichever comes first. Customers who book before the cap or date is reached will receive the offer price even if the treatment itself is completed later due to scheduling.

4. $2,899 Offer

Available for single-story, single-family residential properties up to 1,500 square feet of interior living area requiring up to 225 linear feet of subterranean termite treatment. Square footage or linear footage beyond these limits will be quoted separately at Hydrex's standard rates.

Limited to the first 5 customers who book a qualifying treatment under this offer, or bookings made by the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first, on the same terms as above.

5. General Restrictions

Not valid on previously completed or in-progress services. Cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, rebate, or promotional offer.

Available only to individual residential consumers for their own primary or secondary personal residence. Not valid for multi-family (2+ unit) residences, HOAs, rental property portfolios, retail, restaurant, office, or other commercial properties, or properties owned by a business entity, trust, or investor.

Limited to one redemption per residential address and per customer, including immediate family (spouse/domestic partner and dependents residing at the same address).

Applies only to the 4-step whole-house subterranean termite treatment described in the advertisement. Does not include fumigation, drywood termite treatment, localized/spot treatments, wood or structural repair, or any service not expressly listed.

Free termite inspection offer is not valid in connection with the purchase, sale, transfer or refinance of a property.

Offer valid only within Hydrex's designated San Diego service area.

6. Warranty

Treatment includes a 2-year retreatment warranty for the specific areas treated, subject to the full terms of Hydrex's written service agreement. The service agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this summary. Warranty does not cover repair of existing or future damage, new construction, or untreated areas.

7. Right to Cancel

If you sign your service agreement at your residence, California law (Civil Code §§ 1689.5–1689.14) gives you the right to cancel without penalty until midnight of the third business day after signing.
